Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that every user has a valuable experience with DilRaah. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and respectful of both your time and ours.
1. Digital Programs and Courses
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of online programs, challenges, or downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Memberships and Subscriptions
– You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
– We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods.
– If you are experiencing technical issues that prevent usage, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll review your case and, at our discretion, may issue a refund or credit.
3. Mobile App Purchases
All purchases made via the mobile apps are processed through the respective app stores:
– Google Play Store: Refunds are subject to Google’s refund policies.
– Apple App Store: Refunds must be requested through Apple support.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:
– Duplicate transactions
– Unauthorized purchases
– Failure to deliver purchased services
